• The work or craftsmanship on the product is damaged or not done properly
• The issue is clearly visible in the first parcel opening video

Any complaint raised without visible proof in the original unboxing video will not be considered.

Customers are responsible for selecting their sizes carefully.

Customized or altered pieces, even if made as per provided measurements, are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

If a product is marked dry clean only and other cleaning methods are used, we will not be responsible for any damage caused thereafter.
